ADHESIVE PERFORMANCE
The clear permanent adhesive combines excellent UV resistance and weatherability with good adhesion performance on most substrates, including apolar surfaces.
APPLICATIONS AND USE The product is specially designed for durable labels where, after conventional printing, the labels have to be imprinted using any of the available computer printing systems. Imprinting systems providing smudgeproof print results include Dot matrix, Inkjet, Thermal Transfer and Laser Printers as well as type-writers and other printers based on ink ribbon or carbon ribbon. Preliminary testing is recommended. N.B. Product is suitable for continuous fed cold laser, for sheet fed and hot laser conversion we offer a suitable product, viz, laser PET white
The excellent strength properties, chemical resistance and weatherability make this product suitable for a range of demanding applications. Typical applications are identification labels and nameplates. Good high temperature resistance adds ample opportunities in the field of electric, electronic and technical product labelling. PRINTING/CONVERSION The material can be printed by letterpress, flexo, screen, gravure and offset. Special formulated inks are not required. Solvents like acetone, MEK or toluene should not be used.
